Do I need to be available full-time?
No! We have projects with various time commitments. You can specify your availability in hours per week (e.g., 10, 20, 40 hours/week).
Is the process really fully remote?
Yes! All interviews and work are conducted remotely. However, some projects may require occasional onsite visits (clearly specified in project descriptions).
What happens if I'm not selected?
You can apply to other projects! Your profile remains active, and you'll receive feedback to help improve future applications. We also keep your profile for future opportunities.
How are rates determined?
You set your hourly rate when applying. Rates are negotiated based on your experience, the project complexity, and market standards. We ensure fair compensation for your expertise.
Can I work on multiple projects?
Yes, as long as you can meet the time commitments for each project and there are no conflicts of interest. Be transparent about your availability.
