Add iOS and Android testing to a web-only QA platform. Build a cost-effective hybrid setup (AWS EC2 Mac for iOS simulators, AKS Android emulators), then consolidate to a single cloud with IaC and RBAC.

Goals:

  • →Enable automated iOS and Android testing alongside existing web tests.
  • →Stand up a hybrid AWS-Azure PoC (EC2 Mac for iOS simulators, AKS Android emulators) with VPN to validate performance and cost.
  • →Adopt Terraform/Terragrunt and RBAC, and plan consolidation to a single cloud after validation.

This is why we're looking for help:

Customers are requesting mobile testing, but we lack the infrastructure to run iOS and Android reliably and cost-effectively. We need help designing a hybrid AWS-Azure approach, integrating networking and RBAC, and codifying everything with Terraform for a clean path to consolidation.
