Grafana Cloud Observability and Security Hardening

Monitoring is inconsistent across Kubernetes and Lambda, with no alerts and limited dashboards. We will implement Grafana Cloud for metrics, logs, and traces, standardize alerting/on-call, and integrate with Slack. We will also add security scans and DR foundations.

Goals:

→Deploy end-to-end Grafana Cloud observability with Prometheus/Loki/Tempo across Kubernetes and Lambda, with dashboards and on-call alerts.
→Implement security scanning for git, images, and clusters; harden AWS with GuardDuty and policies.
→Establish DR strategy (active-active/blue-green) and automate one-click environments with standardized CI/CD.

This is why we're looking for help:

Work exceeds team capacity while observability and alerting are unfinished. Security scanning has lapsed and the delivery pipeline lacks standardization and local testing options. They need help to stand up monitoring, define DR, and reduce cloud costs.
