Modernize an aging Jenkins controller by upgrading core and plugins, implementing JCasC, and hardening the platform. Migrate from AWS Docker Swarm to an on-prem K3s + Helm deployment while retaining scalable cloud agents and improving reliability and security.

A single production Jenkins on Docker Swarm with outdated plugins created security risk and CI/CD outages. Cloud costs are high, and there’s no safe dev-to-prod path for testing upgrades; we need expertise to design and migrate to an on-prem K3s-based, auditable setup without disrupting delivery.
